Alice was on the job just about everyday and over looked everyone. Alice was great for letting everyone know it was coffee time or lunch time. Alice towards the end of her time here was referred to as the Boss and as I look back now I have to say that there was a lot of truth in that.

Alice will be remembered with great love and great memories. Alice was full of love with a great personal feelings for anyone who met her and it did not matter if they had two legs or four legs, she was always there for whom ever she met.

The story posted to the right was given to me shortly after Alice passed away by someone who only knew Alice for a short time. It said a lot for a person who only knew Alice for a short time. For those who knew Alice for a longer time are more than welcome to share their stories emial them to me at rlmorin@hughes.net. I will gladly post them in her memory.

In loving memory thank you Alice being part of our lives. Your Pal, Bob Morin
Rainbow Bridge
Just this side of Heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal who has been especially close to someone here dies, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill or old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. Her bright eyes are intent; her eager body quivers. Suddenly she begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, her legs carrying her faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling to each other in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together........
